The literature of this concept has more developed in Europe. Because, European countries supply their major needs by imports. Hence, Russia as one of the main energy suppliers of Europe Union uses leveraging energy for closer to Europe. In this regard, one of the main purposes of European Union is to decrease dependency to Russia in the field of energy and finding alternative ways. These European attempts have been unable to obtain successfully so far. The main question of this study is that: in the relationship with European countries, Russia is faced with what opportunities? The main hypothesis: the strategy of Russia energy constantly is that, Russia as an oil empire is able to play geopolitical role in energy and it tries to use Russian energy supplies and pipeline monopoly for supplying its interests in Eurasia, especially in the relation with European Union for more dependency to itself.}, keywords = {Energy,EU,Russia,security,Strategy}, title_fa = {راهبرد متقابل انرژی در روابط روسیه و اتحادیة اروپا}, abstract_fa = {مفهوم «امنیت انرژی» در سال‌های اخیر به یکی از مفاهیم مهم و بحث‌برانگیز در روابط بین‌الملل و اقتصاد انرژی تبدیل شده است. ادبیات این مفهوم بیشتر در اروپا توسعه یافته است؛ زیرا کشورهای اروپایی بخش مهم نیازهای انرژی خود را از راه واردات تأمین میکنند. از این جهت روسیه که یکی از مهمترین تأمین‌کنندگان انرژی اتحادیة اروپا به‌شمار میرود، از اهرم انرژی برای نزدیکی بیشتر به اروپا استفاده میکند. در این راستا یکی از هدف‌های مهم اتحادیة اروپا، کاهش وابستگی به روسیه در زمینة انرژی و یافتن مسیرهای جایگزین است که تاکنون این تلاش‌های اروپا نتوانسته موفقیت چندانی به همراه داشته باشد. سؤال اصلی که در این نوشتار میتوان مطرح کرد این است که روابط روسیه با کشورهای اروپایی با چه فرصت‌هایی روبه‌رو است. فرضیة اصلی ما این است که راهبرد انرژی روسیه همواره در این جهت بوده که روسیه را به‌عنوان یک امپراتوری نفتی که می‌تواند نقشی ژئوپلیتیک در عرصة انرژی ایفا کند، مطرح کنند و تلاش می‌کند تا از منابع انرژی روسیه و نیز انحصار خطوط لوله، جهت تأمین منافع خود در منطقة اوراسیا و به‌ویژه در روابط با اتحادیة اروپا برای وابستگی بیشتر به‌خود استفاده کند. }, keywords_fa = {اتحادیة اروپا,امنیت,انرژی,راهبرد,روسیه}, url = {https://jcep.ut.ac.ir/article_54965.html}, eprint = {https://jcep.ut.ac.ir/article_54965_06c40ae811a128efc6b404cc49a10986.pdf} }
